Bryant Foulger, a principal of Foulger-Pratt for more than 25 years, will present the 2008 PMA CEO Address. The Foulger-Pratt Companies is one of the Washington region’s most experienced and diverse construction, development and management organizations. Foulger-Pratt provides base building and interior construction, real estate development, property management and cleaning services.
Bryant Foulger is directing the development process for a new mixed-use project at the Silver Spring Transit Center, and a multi-tower residential community called Park Potomac Place in Rockville, MD. He also oversees the management of nearly four million square feet within the Foulger-Pratt property management portfolio. Mr. Foulger was named Montgomery County Business Leader of the Year in 2003, and was named Trendsetter of the Year along with Clayton Foulger at the 2004 Trendlines Conference. He is active on the Silver Spring Urban Advisory Board and the Montgomery County Business Advisory Panel.

Special Announcement
The PMA Community Service Committee is sponsoring a clothing drive to benefit So Others Might Eat (SOME) and invites you to join its efforts. PMA members are encouraged to bring suits, skirts, blouses, belts, scarves, handbags, jewelry, and other items of business clothing that can be donated to SOME. PMA will collect contributions at this event from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.
