Details
Everyone in property management runs across the angry and dissatisfied resident, or tenant, or customer. Their frustration may be justified, but their anger may result from circumstances beyond your control. What do you do? How do you avoid confrontation? How do you make lemonade from lemons? The Dealing with Difficult People and Situations seminar will provide answers to these and other questions and offer practical guidance for everyday use.

Dan Parsons, an Instructor and Team Leader for Dale Carnegie Institute, will talk about the following topics:

  • Examining yourself as service agent
  • Using the four problem solving questions to overcome negativity
  • Gaining cooperation from angry residents, tenants or customers
  • Strategies to help front-line staff
  • How to disagree, remain friendly and be consistent with company policy
  • Solve tough situations to win-win

For more information, check out the seminar flyer.
