Keynote Speaker Sarah Saunders will offer guidance to help take your property management presentation skills to a new level. A property manager’s presentation skills are a critical factor in budget approvals, build-out concessions and negotiating win-win contracts with Associate Members.  Everyone knows someone just seems to have the gift to get what they want, when they want it.  Saunders will explain how they do it.

She will divulge the secrets to master persuasion, identify the single most persuasive word in the English language and demonstrate how to use it. Saunders also will identify specific steps you can take to increase your persuasive power in both your professional and personal life, and relate techniques that will get more owners, bosses, employees, prospective customers, tenants and residents to say “yes.”

Saunders founded her consulting firm in 2001 to help her clients shape compelling memorable stories that sell. Before hanging out her shingle, Saunders worked for entrepreneurial start-ups as well as multibillion enterprises.  Originally trained as a writer and actress, Saunders has spent her entire career adapting and honing her communication skills.  She received her BA/BFA in English and Theater from Southern Methodist University and her MBA from Georgetown.
