Thank you for your interest in joining the PMA, the largest organization dedicated to serving the national capital region's property management community. We offer two categories of membership: Full and Associate.

Membership Categories

Full Memberships

Full memberships are available for property management professionals. Annual dues are $180 per year for each individual.

Associate Memberships

Associate memberships are for business entities that provide products and/or services to the property management community. Annual dues are $760 per year for each firm. Each Associate Member is entitled to have two representatives.
