Since 1952, PMA has enabled property management professionals to advance professionally by offering practical education and networking opportunities that help property managers to become more successful.

PMA is a thriving community of almost 4,000 property management professionals who manage an estimated 750,000 residential units and in excess of 100 million square feet of commercial, retail, and mixed-use space. PMA’s resources include nearly 300 Associate Member firms that provide products and services property managers and properties use daily.

The programs are targeted, affordable and very high quality. They provide exposure to the attendees and a career development track that their own companies may not be in a position to offer. PMA should be very proud of providing that service alone to its members. But there is more. The community service element of the organization provides a platform for all to give back to our communities. And I think that we can all agree in this business we love to attend a cocktail party, so the networking opportunities at the meetings and organized events are really where tremendous value lies.
