Please note, PMA has negotiated a reduced parking rate for Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center Parking located at 201 Waterfront Street, Oxon Hill, MD 20745. The reduced rate is valid ONLY for Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center Parking and NOT at other locations including the Fleet St., Mariner and Saint George Garages and Plateau Lot.   

Parking rates are as follows:

  • Self-Parking Daily: $20
  • Valet Daily: $45

Does Your Company Provide Products or Services to Property Owners and Managers?

Attendee registration for PMEXPO is limited to property management professionals. Companies that provide products or services customarily used in the management, operation or maintenance of multifamily residential or commercial properties are invited to attend PMEXPO as an exhibitor.

Vendors (either non-exhibiting members or prospective members) are welcome to sign up for a tour of the Exhibit Hall. The tour will take approximately 15 minutes on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 10 a.m. To register for a tour, contact Kandis Dwyer, Director of Membership, Sales & Engagement.
