Our team reviews membership applications Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Applications are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, excluding holidays. Membership renewal is aligned with your anniversary date.
During onboarding, each company designates a Primary Billing Contact. This contact person will receive an invoice 60 days before the membership expiration date. To continue receiving member benefits, dues must be settled on or before the expiration date. Failure to pay dues by the expiration date will result in the loss of membership. Reinstatement will require re-application for membership.
