Compliance & Leasing Consulting
With multi-state experience and detailed processes, Pratum provides structure and discipline to the complex compliance and certification process. Pratum’s expertise and detailed knowledge helps accelerate approval and processing, minimize exposure to ineligible households, and efficiently maintain certifications over contact across households. The Pratum experience is tailored to individual client needs. Pratum services include on-site and remote monitoring, annual and interim recertification processing, Pre-MOR and state audits and lease-ups. Pratum has rigorous expertise in federal, state and local regulations, including HUD-PBS8, LIHTC programs and Public Housing. The Pratum compliance and leasing services team applies a track record of commitment, professionalism, demonstrated work ethic and close relationships.

Commercial Cleaning
Pratum’s commercial cleaning division provides experience and expertise in serving clients across all industries and in a wide range of commercial spaces. Pratum’s offering is OSHA certified, as well as green certified through the International Janitorial Cleaning Services Association (IJCSA) and the Green Clean Institute. Pratum cleaning services has earned the trust and respect of a long list of property managers, owners and residents. Commercial cleaning clients include apartment complexes and retirement homes, class A office space and high security offices, medical facilities, universities and educational campuses, and retail spaces. Services include janitorial services, medical office cleaning, post-construction site cleaning, carpet cleaning and hard floor cleaning, and Covid-19 and disinfecting services. Services are tailored for each client relationship. Our core service areas include the Maryland and Washington D.C. area.
