Guidelines and Eligibility

Sponsorship Levels and Availability:

PMA offers three levels of corporate sponsorship:

  1. Platinum: Limited to 3 companies
  2. Gold: Limited to 10 companies
  3. Silver: Limited to 10 companies

Each level has limited availability, ensuring exclusivity and a high level of visibility for sponsors.

Exclusivity of Services:

At each sponsorship level, companies offering the same services cannot occupy the same tier. This ensures unique value and market distinction for each sponsor at their selected level.

Right of First Refusal (ROFR):
  • Annual ROFR Process: At the end of each calendar year, existing corporate sponsors at all levels will have the opportunity to renew their sponsorship for the coming year before openings are made available to other members.
  • ROFR Period: 2024 ROFR ends Monday, December 2, 2024, for current Corporate Sponsors. Sponsors are encouraged to confirm their intent within this period to secure their spot.
Open Enrollment for General Membership:

After the ROFR period concludes, any unclaimed sponsorship opportunities will become available to the general membership on a first come first serve basis. Eligible companies are welcome to apply for the available spots, adhering to the exclusivity guidelines outlined above. Members should contact Kandis Dwyer, Director of Membership, Sales & Engagement, at kandis@pma-dc.org, to learn more about the process.
