All booths are 10x10 individually and include the following:
- 8’ high draped back wall;
- 3’ high draped side walls*;
- Carpeting;
- One 6’ table;
- Two chairs;
- One waste basket;
- Company Identification sign;
- Registration for four (4) booth personnel that gives access to PMEXPO tradeshow floor ONLY;
- Access to the pre/post-event attendee mailing lists**;
- A basic online company listing; and
- Access to a marketing toolkit provided by PMA.
*Side walls may not be removed for inline booths unless purchased by a single company as a 10’x20’ option.
**The pre-event attendee list will be provided two weeks in advance of the Event. A post-Event attendee list will be accessible within 24 hours following the successful completion of the exhibitor survey. The survey will be emailed to all exhibitors at the end of the event. The post-Event survey will be available for a maximum of one week following the Event. The post-Event attendee list will not be provided outside this window.
Note: fees for lead retrieval, wi-fi, electricity and/or food and beverage are NOT included in the Exhibit Space fees and must be purchased separately.

Each 10’ x 10’ exhibit booth includes the following:
- one 6’ table
- two chairs
- one wastepaper basket; and
- a company identification sign
PMEXPO IS NOT contracting with an exhibitor services company for additional services. Contact Events Manager, Bianca Young at 301-799-7400 directly with any additional questions.
Any additional furnishings are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
- Complimentary coffee will be available in the morning.
- Breakfast concessions will be available for sale from 8 – 10:30 a.m.
- Cash bars will be available 11 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- PMA will have a variety food trucks on hand selling lunch concessions 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
For exhibitor convenience, PMA is also selling boxed lunches to exhibitor representatives. Exhibitor representatives must purchase boxed lunches in advance
, and they will be available for pickup in an exhibitor lounge onsite.

Move-in will take place on Tuesday, March 18, 2025.
- We will offer a tiered move-in schedule to help avoid congestion.
- Move-in will take place through the doors at the back of the Prince George’s Sports & Learning Complex.
- PMA has contracted with a third-party moving company who will help unload your vehicle and transport items to your booth.
- Parking staff will be onsite to guide you.
- Upon unloading, proceed to the parking lot and then enter facility through the front door.

Move-in times are staggered based on booth number as follows:
Move-out will begin no earlier than 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19, 2025

- Exhibitors will not be allowed to stage their vehicles at the doors at the back of the Prince George’s Sports & Learning Complex until their booth is completely broken down.
- Once your booth is broken down, the third-party moving company staff will move your items to the back doors while you retrieve your vehicle.
- Personal occupancy vehicles will be allowed in the moving area first.
- This is to allow cars to get in and out quickly and give large trucks more space to move.

EXHIBITOR BENEFIT: FREE ATTENDEE LIST
The pre-event attendee list will be sent to all registered exhibitors two weeks prior to the show (Wednesday, March 5) by the close of business.
The post event attendee list will be sent within one business day following the event to all exhibitors who complete the exhibitor survey. A link to the survey will be provided on the day of the event, just before the exhibitor moves out.
ATTENDEE LIST SCAM
If you receive an e-mail from a third-party trying to sell an attendee list, this is a scam.
Signs of an attendee list scam:
- The sender's email is not from an official event domain but from a generic address like Gmail, Yahoo, or a suspicious domain.
- They claim to have an attendee list for an event that has strict privacy policies.
- They use vague language and high-pressure tactics, urging you to act quickly.
- Payment methods are suspicious (e.g., gift cards or wire transfers).
- The price seems too good to be true
What to do if you are targeted:
- Don’t Engage: Do not reply to the scammer or click any links.
- Report the Scam: Forward the email to your organization's IT team.
- Warn Others: Share awareness with colleagues and forward the scam e-mail to us.
