Topic Presenter: Resume Do's & Don'ts
You will deliver an engaging and informative session on the essential do's and don'ts of crafting a professional resume. You will be provided a pre-approved handout with tips to teach the students. Experience in recruiting reviewing resumes is highly valued but not required. The goal is to empower participants with the knowledge and confidence to showcase their skills and accomplishments effectively. Must be comfortable speak in front of a crowd.

Topic Presenter: Customer Service Basics
You will lead an engaging session on the fundamentals of exceptional customer service, including communication, active listening, problem-solving, and building positive relationships. You will be provided a handout with practical strategies as a guide. This session aims to inspire confidence and provide actionable takeaways to enhance customer service skills. Must be comfortable speaking in front of a crowd.

Mock Interviewer Volunteer
You will guide an assigned group of students through a simulated interview process using a pre-populated interview sheet with five questions. While prior experience conducting interviews and offering feedback is appreciated, it is not mandatory. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable interacting with students and are committed to providing constructive and supportive feedback to enhance their interview skills.
