Mission:
Provide content and forums for those with HR responsibilities with property management companies to network, share information and discuss common challenges, problems and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Plans roundtable meetings and seminars on topics relevant to human resources and oversees the AOBA-PMA Wage and Benefit Survey.
Opportunities:
Learn best HR practices used by property management firms in the national capital area; network with HR professionals employed in property management.
Meetings:
Contact the PMA Staff Liaison for recurring meeting schedule.
Event topic, format and target audience will vary from month to month.
