In Memoriam: Arthur Dubin

The Property Management Association mourns the passing of Arthur Dubin on January 26, 2025. Arthur was a dedicated PMA member and a prominent leader in the industry. For nearly two decades, he served as President and CEO of Dubin & Associates, Inc., before its acquisition by Zalco Realty, where he continued as President of Zalco and its successor organizations.

 

Arthur was an inaugural member of PMA’s Council of Fellows, which included distinguished leaders from the Association and the property management industry. He generously contributed his time and expertise, significantly advancing the profession. Those who knew Arthur and had the privilege of calling him a friend benefited from his professionalism, integrity, and the consistent joy he brought to their lives.

 

To honor Arthur’s memory, his family suggests contributions to the Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease Foundation, Inc., purchasing concert tickets to celebrate the joy of music with family and friends or simply sharing a smile with those you love.
