Property Management Association's members include more than 1,000 individuals who work for some of biggest companies that own and/or manage multifamily residential or commercial properties within the national capital region.
PMEXPO 2022 will bring hundreds of property management professionals together to connect, learn and discover. Be part of the excitement with an exhibit booth.
PMA is excited to implement several changes designed to make PMEXPO an even more cost effective event for vendors while increasing participation by property management professionals.
Exhibit Booth Rates
The 2022 floorplan includes 194 exhibit booths. Exhibit booth rates are as follows:

This year, PMEXPO exhibit booths include the following:
- Complimentary registration for two exhibitor representatives which includes buffet lunch.
- Complimentary full day guest passes for two current or prospective clients (property management company professionals only) which includes, Exhibit Hall, Buffet Lunch, Seminars and Parking at the St. George Garage Lot located across the street from the Gaylord. - Company listing on the Exhibit Floor Plan and Program Guide.
- Each 10 x10 booth includes:
- Carpet
- Skirted 6' table
- Two chairs
- Wastebasket
- ID sign
- Regular emails with proven strategies to help you better plan, promote, staff and manage your exhibit experience.
- Registration list of attendees prior to the show (two weeks prior) as well as after the show (upon receipt of exhibitor survey). NOTE: If you receive an email from anyone offering the registration/attendee list for a fee, it is a scam.

- Make a weekend out of it, and book a room. PMA has secured a discounted rate of $239 at the Gaylord National Harbor Resort & Convention Center for October 20 - 21, 2022. A daily resort fee, $22 per night, will be added to the guest room rate to cover several amenities. Visit the passkey site to reserve a hotel room at the Gaylord National Harbor Resort & Convention Center. Hotel reservations must be received by 5 p.m. on Thursday October 6, 2022.
