2022 Maintenance Professional Award Winners
For ten years, the Property Management Association’s Maintenance Professional Awards have recognized the outstanding performance of maintenance and operations technicians and teams.
The Maintenance Professional Awards Program is administered by PMA’s Operations Council, under the leadership of Chair Jennifer Rucker (LIVEbe Commu-nities) and Vice-Chair Deb Stipa (Ruppert Landscape). During the judging process, representatives from the Operations Council interviewed the candidates at their properties and considered the following areas: professionalism; organizational skills; job performance; teamwork; budget and expense control; communication skills and customer service.
